Payment and Billing
When you place an order with us you have made an offer to purchase the product that you have chosen. You can place an order, via the Website, by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
When we issue a tax invoice to you, we have accepted your offer. Both the offer and acceptance are based on these terms and conditions. We may notify you when we process your order by sending you the order confirmation and tax invoice. The order confirmation and tax invoice may be sent via email. In order to prevent credit card or payment fraud your offer can only be accepted by us after it has passed our validation procedures.
We retain discretion to cancel orders if our processes identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reason.
If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to determine your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.
We accept the following forms of payment:
(1) payment made online with credit card through a third-party payment resource, or through PayPal;
(2) payment made directly into our bank account.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and CONTACT you as needed.
Our products are billed to customers worldwide in accordance with the Cyprus District’s Rules & Regulations for product export and delivery. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
